At Chaparral School District, we're committed to creating a continuous improvement process that involves the entire community. We believe that by listening to community members, teachers, staff, and students, we can better understand our shared values and vision. These insights will guide us in selecting the most impactful strategies and goals to ensure our students are fully prepared for college or their future careers upon graduation.
Falling Academic Scores: While we are fortunate to have dedicated teachers and staff providing quality education, recent data shows a decline in academic performance. It’s time to explore new ways to boost these scores and help our students reach even greater levels of success.
Changing Times: Over the past decade, our world has undergone significant changes. We want to ensure we align with our community’s current values and expectations for student success.
Focus on the Future: This process will ensure we prioritize what matters most – preparing our students for life after high school, which in turn strengthens our communities.
Informed Decision-Making: Your feedback, along with student performance data, will help guide our decisions to ensure our students are academically prepared to begin their careers and/or enter college.
All community members are encouraged to complete our survey and join upcoming feedback sessions to share your ideas and build a stronger tomorrow together!
