In January, our teaching and learning team attended School Improvement Day, where we partnered with other outstanding districts, Buhler, Renwick, and Augusta. Together, we collaborated to build robust plans that support our journey toward continued accreditation and excellence.
Belief Drives Progress
Progress begins with belief, both our students' belief in their potential and our collective belief in their ability to succeed. Research consistently shows that Collective Efficacy is the single greatest lever for student growth.
By implementing Structured Literacy (aligned with the science of reading) and expanding Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) from PK-12, we are ensuring our teachers have the tools and collaboration time they need to help every student thrive.
