KEYS YOU NEED TO KNOW!

2) Call Indicator Lamp - Flashes when a message has been left.

3) LCD - Use this for softkey operation

4) Exit - Use this to exit from any screen

5) Softkeys - Use these to check voicemail, list the district directory, list speed dials, etc.

7) Programmable Keys - Keys have been programmed for specific functions as labeled

11) Mic - When lit, your microphone is on.  Please make sure you leave your microphone on

13) Cursor - When phone is idle, turns the contrast on the LCD up or down.  When the speaker is active, it controls the volume.  When the handset is in use, it controls the handset volume.

15) Redial - Activates the redial feature allowing you to scroll back through numbers that have been dialed.  When the number you want appears, lift handset and the call will be placed for you.

16) Speaker - turns the speaker on or off.

17) Transfer - Allows you to transfer calls.  While you have the call active, press Transfer, dial the extension you want to transfer the call to and then hang up.

18) Hold - places the active call on hold.
