How to Setup Your New Voice Mail Box
1. Press the VM soft key
2. Enter the default security code
3. Answer the system questions and use "1" for Yes and "2" for No
4. Be sure to create a personal security code
5. Be sure to list yourself in the directory
6. Be sure to record a standard greeting
7. Be sure to save your changes by typing in "1" for yes at the very end when prompted
8. You can always go back in and change any of your options at any time
Checking New Voice Mail Messages
Note: When you have a new voice message your message lamp will flash
1. Press the VM soft key
2. Enter your personal security code
3. Press the New soft key to listen to new messages
4. You can archive messages for up to 7 days or the system will delete played messages at midnight
Checking Voice Mail While Traveling
1. Dial any of the school district's numbers
2. When the automated attendant answers, dial 9 and your extension.
3. Enter your personal security code
4. Check messages just like you were at work
